Our bean salad is composed of tenderized Mediterranean Octopus, slowly cooked with red wine and mirepoix; grilled over hard wood. The salad is garnished with braised Iacopi Farm Butter Beans, shaved Fennel, Pickled Jimmy Nardellos from Zuckermans Farm, Celery, Red Onion, & Lemon.
