An assortment of collars marinated in our classic sake ginger marinade! May include, kanpachi, hamachi, black cod, ling cod and salmon. These are a great addition to the dinner table, we like to call them "chicken wings of the sea".
Cooking Instructions: Grill or sear to get some char on the collars, meanwhile, bring the remaining marinade up to a boil in a pot or pan and glaze the collars as the cook! Slowly brush them on the grill, pour the sauce over the collars or dip in the remaining marinade!
