This risotto is a vegetarian friendly meal for two! It goes great with a seared fish fillet, think salmon or trout, but can also be enjoyed a la carte. Featuring chanterelle mushrooms from Saskatchewan, Canada and G&S Farms corn, we finish the risotto with an oil of ramp tops.
Cooked with shallots, garlic, onion, thyme, white wine, and a broth of parmesan, this dish won’t be around for long so order yours soon!
