In Tunisia, this condiment is known as Piment H’rouss, meaning lightly crushed fresh peppers. Closely related to harissa, which is made from heavily crushed dried peppers, this version is traditionally consumed in the winter months. As with all of the Mahjoub products, this is produced using traditional farming methods with no additives or artificial processes.
