Prepare with a piece of bread/toast with a slice of tomato or sliced in a black-eyed beans salad with fresh onion. Produced by the traditional method (pre-cooked). Store at ambient temperature. If not completely consumed, store in sealed container and put in the refrigerator for up to two days.
