This SF halibut ceviche is a celebration of the summers bounty and our favorite local fishery. We lightly cure and marinate the halibut with chilis and citrus then garnish with avocado, Sweet 100 tomatoes, corn, Serrano chiles, red onion and cilantro. The dressing consists of fresh citrus juices and chilis.
Dress and mix at home so it's as fresh as possible! Pair it with your favorite chips for a great appetizer.
