Cooking Instructions: Place live crab in boiling salted water for 18-20 minutes after the water returns to a boil. The shell of the crab will turn bright orange. Immerse in cold water or an ice bath to chill before cleaning. Crab can be served chilled or heated in steamer, broiler or oven.
